Ingredients

  • 200 g - Red Chillies (discard stalks)
  • 100 g - Coriander seeds
  • 25 g - Cumin seeds
  • 25 g - pepper
  • 5 g - Fenugreek
  • 2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 4 tsp - Asafoetida
  • How to Make Mysore Saaru Powder:

    1. Roast red chillies with 2 tsp of oil and remove.
    2. Roast all the ingredients from coriander seeds to fenugreek together.
    3. Grind all the above ingredients together.
    4. Mix in the turmeric powder and asafoetida.
    5. Cool and store in an airtight container.
