How to Make

  • Roast red chillies with 2 tsp of oil and remove.
  • Roast all the ingredients from coriander seeds to fenugreek together.
  • Grind all the above ingredients together.
  • Mix in the turmeric powder and asafoetida.
  • Cool and store in an airtight container.
