  • 2 cups - maida
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 3-4 - cardamom
  • Dalda or any vegetable oil as required

How to Make Naan Kattai

  • Powder sugar and cardamom well. Add maida to it.
  • To this powdered mixture, add dalda and mix it well to make a dough like chapatti.
  • Divide the dough into small balls and bake it in the oven at about 250 degrees C till light brown in colour.
