Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Maida
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 3-4 - Cardamom
  • Dalda or any vegetable oil as required
  • How to Make Naan Kattai:

    1. Powder sugar and cardamom well. Add maida to it.
    2. To this powdered mixture, add dalda and mix it well to make a dough like chapatti.
    3. Divide the dough into small balls and bake it in the oven at about 250 degrees C till light brown in colour.
