Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe chopped papaya, Peach or other fruit
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 6-8 crushed ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chilled water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • a small end sprig of kaffir Lime leaves or Mint leaves

How to Make Nam Pon

  • Put fruit in an electric blender. Run till smooth. Add all other ingredient except leaves.
  • Run till drink is frothy and light.
  • Pour into chilled glasses, allow to froth over.
  • Garnish rim with leaves, serve immediately.
