Ingredients

  • 500 g - Maida
  • 500 g - Sugar
  • 500 g - Dalda or Ghee
  • 1.5 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 pinch - Salt
  • Elaichi powder - to taste

How to Make Nancuts

  • Mix sugar and ghee, then add maida, elaichi powder, baking powder and salt and mix it well.
  • Make small balls and press by hand.
  • Microwave balls for 20 minutes on high.
