Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - nannari syrup/sarasaparilla syrup
  • 2 tbsp - sabja seeds (soaked in water)
  • 1 - Lemon
  • A few - soaked Badam pisin/almond gum
  • Ice cubes
  • How to Make Nannari, Badam Pisin Sarbath:

    1. Soak almond gum in water overnight. The almond gum turns into a transparent jelly like texture. Drain the remaining water and wash again.
    2. Mix nannari syrup, soaked sabja seeds and soaked badam pisin in a vessel.
    3. Add enough chilled water and juice from the lemon.
    4. Add the ice cubes, mix well and serve.
