  • 2 cups - Napa cabbage (chopped finely)
  • 1 - onion (big and chopped lengthwise)
  • 4 - green chillies (chopped)
  • 2 cups - besan
  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1 tbsp - ginger (finely minced)
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 10 - curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - baking soda
  • Oil for Deep Frying

How to Make Napa Cabbage Pakodas

  • Mix napa cabbage, onions, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, besan flour, rice flour, baking soda with enough water to make a thick batter.
  • Heat oil and drop a small portion of the batter gently and fry on both sides until the pakodas turn golden brown.
