Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Napa Cabbage (chopped finely)
  • 1 - Onion (big and chopped lengthwise)
  • 4 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 2 cups - besan
  • 1 cup - Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger (finely minced)
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 10 - Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - baking soda
  • Oil for Deep Frying
  • How to Make Napa Cabbage Pakodas:

    1. Mix napa cabbage, onions, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, besan flour, rice flour, baking soda with enough water to make a thick batter.
    2. Heat oil and drop a small portion of the batter gently and fry on both sides until the pakodas turn golden brown.
