Ingredients

  • 3 cups - shredded Cabbage
  • 2 cups - grated Carrots
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 1/2 cup - raisins, washed
  • 2 cups - shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Navrattan salad

  • Toss all vegetables together and add all seasonings.
  • Cover with cheese and chill before serving.
