Ingredients

  • 250 g - thick curd, beaten
  • 500 g - minced Meat
  • 2 - Onions ground
  • 11.5 tsp - coriander powder (dhania)
  • 3 - green elaichis, crushed
  • 1.5 tsp - Haldi
  • green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - each Cumin seeds and fennel
  • 1.5 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp - Garlic & Ginger paste
  • 1 cup - peas

How to Make Nawabi Kheema

  • Mix the curd with the next eight ingredients. Marinate for one hour at room temperature.
  • Put oil in dish and heat for two minutes. Add jeera and fennel and cook it covered for one minute.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  • Pour meat with its marinade, salt and peas. Microwave on high for six minutes covered. Stir. Microwave on high for another six minutes. Standing time four minutes.
  • Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves.
