How to Make

  • Churn/beat curd and water together until you get the buttermilk. Adjust water according to your taste.
  • Wash and chop green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, and ginger.
  • Add them to the churned yogurt. Add curry leaves too.
  • Fry the seasoning ingredients and add to the buttermilk. Adjust salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 1/2 hour.
  • You can serve it as is or strain it before serving.
