Ingredients

  • 1 kg - New Zealand lamb chops
  • 200 g - Zucchini
  • 200 g - yellow squash
  • 100 g - Carrot
  • 100 g - colour pepper
  • 200 g - Broccoli
  • 50 ml - brown sauce
  • 25 ml - Olive oil
  • 25 g - chopped herbs
  • 50 g - sliced Onion
  • 25 ml - red wine
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make New Zealand Lamb Chops with Rich Onion Sauce

  • Marinate the lamb chops with olive oil, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Keep aside for 10 min.
  • Marinate the vegetables and grill it.
  • Grill the lamb chops to the desired doneness.
  • Arrange the grilled vegetables and lamb chops in a plate.
  • Pour the rich onion sauce. Garnish with colour peppers and carrot juliennes.
  • For rich onion sauce:
  • Saute the sliced onion.
  • Add red wine and reduce it.
  • Add brown sauce and add seasonings.
