Ingredients

  • 1 whole dressed Chicken
  • 4 Lime
  • 3 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1-2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1-2 Large Onions ground to a paste
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Nimbu masala chicken:

    1. In a bowl, add all above ingredients and marinate the chicken overnight.
    2. The next day, cook either in a pressure cooker or oven at 180 degrees for 45 mins until chicken is dry.
    3. Garnish with lemon wedges, chopped onion and coriander.
