Ingredients

1 whole dressed Chicken

4 Lime

3 tsp - ginger-garlic paste

1-2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder

1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder

1.5 tsp - Coriander powder

1 tsp - Garam Masala powder

1-2 Large Onions ground to a paste

Salt to taste

Method

  1. In a bowl, add all above ingredients and marinate the chicken overnight.
  2. The next day, cook either in a pressure cooker or oven at 180 degrees for 45 mins until chicken is dry.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedges, chopped onion and coriander.
