Take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chillies. Fry till the fenugreek seeds turn brown. Let the mix cool and grind it coarsely. Add lemon juice and salt to the powder.
It goes well when served with ghee rice.
Can also be served with dosa or idli.
