How to Make Nippattu

  • Take the rice flour in a big mixing bowl, to that add the other ingredients: channa dal powder salt, chilli powder, dry coconut powder and 1 big tbsp hot oil.
  • Also add coarsely ground peanuts.
  • Mix well by adding water, little by little.
  • Make balls. Take each one; shape them by patting them on a plastic sheet (or with your hand) and deep frying in oil.
