Ingredients

  • 4 cups - whole Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - lukewarm Milk
  • 1/2 cup - lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar (optional)
  • 2 tsp - Dry yeast
  • All-purpose flour for dusting
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make No Knead Whole Wheat Bread:

    1. Mix well both whole wheat flour and salt with a wooden spatula.
    2. Add lukewarm water, lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast together in a large bowl and mix everything well until the yeast mixes well.
    3. Add this mixture to the flour and mix well into a sticky dough. Keep the dough in a warm place, covered with a lid for two hours. Let the dough rise.
    4. Sprinkle the all-purpose flour to the loaf pan and transfer the dough to the loaf pan. Keep it in a warm place for an hour.
    5. Dust it well with the all-purpose flour.
    6. Preheat the oven for 300F for 10 minutes. Place the loaf pan in the middle rack of the oven and bake it for 45 minutes until it turns brown.
    7. Cool it completely and slice it into pieces.
