Ingredients

  • 1 litre - puffed Rice (murmure)
  • 1 - tomato, chopped finely
  • 1 slice - raw mango, chopped finely
  • 1 - small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - green all purpose chutney
  • 1 tbsp - Tamarind chutney
  • 1 tbsp - fresh curds
  • salt to taste

How to Make No Oil Cool Bhel

  • Mix puffed rice, curds and salt. Keep aside for 2-3 mins.
  • Add all other ingredients, except half coriander. Mix well with a large spoon or hand.
  • Transfer into three individual bowls.
  • Garnish with remaining coriander, serve immediately.
