  • eggs - 2
  • Tomatoes - 4
  • Onions - 1.5
  • Chillies - 4
  • Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves- a few
  • Curd - 1 tsp
  • Cilantro- a small bunch
  • How to Make Non- fuss Omelette Curry:

    1. Dice tomatoes and the onions, slit the chillies, and keep them all aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it.
    3. Saute the onions, add the tomatoes, salt and chillies to it.
    4. Pour 1 cup of water to this. Let it cook for a while.
    5. Add 1 tsp curd to thicken the gravy.
    6. Add more water if you like.
    7. Now add 1 tsp of garam masala powder and garnish with cilantro.
    8. For the omelette:
    9. Beat the eggs.
    10. Take a pan and make an omelette.
    11. Cut the omelette into equal pieces and add that to the tomato curry.
    12. Soak the omelette in the curry for 10 mins before it is ready to be served.
