How to Make Non- fuss Omelette Curry

  • Dice tomatoes and the onions, slit the chillies, and keep them all aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it.
  • Saute the onions, add the tomatoes, salt and chillies to it.
  • Pour 1 cup of water to this. Let it cook for a while.
  • Add 1 tsp curd to thicken the gravy.
  • Add more water if you like.
  • Now add 1 tsp of garam masala powder and garnish with cilantro.
  • For the omelette:
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Take a pan and make an omelette.
  • Cut the omelette into equal pieces and add that to the tomato curry.
  • Soak the omelette in the curry for 10 mins before it is ready to be served.
