Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Boiled veggies (carrot, peas, French beans, sweet corn)
  • 1 cup - Boiled noodles
  • 2 - Boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup - Cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - Chopped green chillies
  • 2 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup - Breadcrumbs (optional).

How to Make Noodles Rice Balls

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Then mash them to prepare medium sized balls.
  • Deep Fried on low heat (baking is also an option).
  • If using bread crumbs then roll the balls on the bread crumbs and fry.
  • Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Sprinkle with chat masala some lemon juice.
  • Serve hot.
