  • 1 packet - Maggi
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced or 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 50 gms ( 3 tbsp ) - finely shredded Cabbage ( pick tender leaves and remove the thick vein )
  • 1 - egg, beaten well
  • How to Make Noodles with Cabbage and Egg:

    1. Cook noodles according to the direction shown on the packet.
    2. In a wide frying pan, heat oil.
    3. Add finely sliced onions or spring onions and fry till golden colour.
    4. Add finely shredded cabbage and mix well.
    5. Cover with lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 5 minutes or until cabbage softens. Do not add water.
    6. Add beaten egg and mix well.
    7. Stir continuously for 5 minutes or till done - and the egg is well blended with cabbage and onions - fragrant.
    8. Add cooked noodles and mix well. Serve hot.
