Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Maggi
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced or 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 50 gms ( 3 tbsp ) - finely shredded cabbage ( pick tender leaves and remove the thick vein )
  • 1 - egg, beaten well

How to Make Noodles with Cabbage and Egg

  • Cook noodles according to the direction shown on the packet.
  • In a wide frying pan, heat oil.
  • Add finely sliced onions or spring onions and fry till golden colour.
  • Add finely shredded cabbage and mix well.
  • Cover with lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 5 minutes or until cabbage softens. Do not add water.
  • Add beaten egg and mix well.
  • Stir continuously for 5 minutes or till done - and the egg is well blended with cabbage and onions - fragrant.
  • Add cooked noodles and mix well. Serve hot.
