How to Make North Malabar Fish Curry

  • In a earthen pot or wok, place fish (cleaned and cut).
  • Add green chillies, ginger, garlic (cut into thin slices).
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and tamarind pulp.
  • Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Mix them and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Then add coconut milk.
  • Stir once or else fish will break.
  • Serve hot with rice.
