  • Fresh butter- 125 g
  • Cocoa- 6 tsps
  • Drinking chocolate powder - 1 tbsp
  • Milk powder- 200 g
  • Mixed chopped nuts- 50 g
  • Cashew, Almonds melon seeds

How to Make Nut Chocolate

  • Sieve milk powder. Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Mix milk powder with a little water to make a batter of dosa batter consistency.
  • Keep a heavy bottom kadai on the stove, add the mixture and keep stirring, till it becomes thick.
  • Add sugar and cook till it becomes semi-solid consistency and remove from fire.
  • Mix butter, sieved cocoa, drinking chocolate powder and stir well.
  • Put it back on fire and stir till it thickens. (Pour 1/2 a tsp of the mixture in a little water. If it forms a ball, remove from fire.)
  • Add nuts, and mix well.
  • Pour on a well-greased plate and level the top with a spatula.
  • Cut after a minute while the mixture is still warm.
