Fresh butter- 125 g
Cocoa- 6 tsps
Drinking chocolate powder - 1 tbsp
Milk powder- 200 g
Mixed chopped nuts- 50 g
Cashew, almonds melon seeds
How to Make Nut Chocolate
Sieve milk powder. Make sure there are no lumps.
Mix milk powder with a little water to make a batter of dosa batter consistency.
Keep a heavy bottom kadai on the stove, add the mixture and keep stirring, till it becomes thick.
Add sugar and cook till it becomes semi-solid consistency and remove from fire.
Mix butter, sieved cocoa, drinking chocolate powder and stir well.
Put it back on fire and stir till it thickens. (Pour 1/2 a tsp of the mixture in a little water. If it forms a ball, remove from fire.)
Add nuts, and mix well.
Pour on a well-greased plate and level the top with a spatula.
Cut after a minute while the mixture is still warm.
