Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - Whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Banana puree
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Honey (as per need)
  • Nutella (as per need)
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Nutella Stuffed Banana and Wheat Dumplings

  • Take the whole-wheat flour, cardamom powder, salt, banana puree and honey together in a bowl.
  • Add enough water or milk to make a thick batter.
  • Heat the paniyaram pan and pour a few drops of oil to the pan.
  • Drop the prepared batter gently with a tablespoon.
  • Now gently drop a small quantity of nutella and cover it with batter.
  • Cook on a medium flame until they get well cooked on both sides.
