  • 3 cups - Bread flour/ Maida
  • 1/2 cup - Butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup - Milk (lukewarm)
  • 1 - Egg
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tbsp - Active Dry yeast
  • 2-3 tbsp - Nutella spread
  • How to Make Nutella Swirl Bread:

    1. Add the active dry yeast to the lukewarm milk with sugar and salt.
    2. Mix everything well and let them sit in a warm place for 5 minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
    3. Add the butter, egg and foamy yeast to the flour and knead for a few minutes into a soft and stiff dough.
    4. Grease a bowl with some butter and place the dough.
    5. Let this dough sit for an hour in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume.
    6. After an hour, punch down the dough and roll the dough as a large rectangle.
    7. Spread the nutella over the rolled disc and roll them as a log.
    8. Press the edges well and place this dough in a greased loaf pan.
    9. Let the dough sit again an hour in a warm place, closed with a towel..
    10. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and arrange the baking loaf pan in the middle rack.
    11. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust turns brown.
    12. Let them get cool completely.
