  • 2 cup - wheat flour
  • 1.5 cup - sugar
  • 1.5 cup - melted ghee
  • 1 - over ripped banana
  • 1 tbsp - vanilla essence
  • 1.5 tbsp - walnut
  • 2 - eggs

How to Make Nutritious Banana Nut Cake

  • Mix wheat flour and banana.
  • Add vanilla essence, walnut, sugar, beaten eggs and ghee.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour the mix in a baking tray and bake for 35-40 mins with 350 degree F in a pre-heated oven.
  • Makes a delicious and nutritious teatime cake.
