How to Make

  • Shred the cabbage with a sharp knife into fine pieces. Put it in a large bowl. Sprinkle some salt over it and keep it aside.
  • Chop chillies and coriander finely and add it to the cabbage.
  • Put garam masala, wheat flour and very little water and knead it well. Add more flour if necessary.
  • Heat the tava and roll out the paratha. Use ghee for roasting. Roast it well.
  • Eat it with pickle, dahi or garlic chutney.
