Ingredients

  • 1/4 - Cabbage
  • Salt
  • 4 cups - Wheat flour
  • Any Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Ghee
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • How to Make Nutritious Cabbage paratha:

    1. Shred the cabbage with a sharp knife into fine pieces. Put it in a large bowl. Sprinkle some salt over it and keep it aside.
    2. Chop chillies and coriander finely and add it to the cabbage.
    3. Put garam masala, wheat flour and very little water and knead it well. Add more flour if necessary.
    4. Heat the tava and roll out the paratha. Use ghee for roasting. Roast it well.
    5. Eat it with pickle, dahi or garlic chutney.
