Ingredients

  • 2 cups- Wheat
  • salt
  • oil
  • 1 bunch - Spinach
  • 1 - chilly
  • 4 -garlic
  • 1 cup -besan
  • 1 cup -curd
  • coriander

How to Make Nutritious Dhapata

  • Mix all ingredients and prepare a dough.
  • Make small balls, roll out into parathas and cook on both sides.
  • Serve hot with curd, sauce or chutney.
