  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 3/4 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - kharik powder
  • 1/2 cup - grated and roasted dry coconut
  • 1/4 cup - poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup - chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup - butter
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp - baking soda
  • pinch - salt
  • 1 tsp - nutmeg powder

How to Make Nutritious eggless cake

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
  • Grease a baking tray with butter.
  • Mix wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and nutmeg powder well.
  • Put the remaining ingredients in a mixer and make a paste.
  • Mix flour gently for 3-4 mins.
  • Mixture will be thicker than the usual cake batter.
  • Pour in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 mins.
