Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mixed nuts like cashew, raisin, almond, apricot, Pista
  • 4 - dry Figs
  • 4 - dry Dates
  • 1 tbsp - red Sugar candy powder
  • 1 cup - Jaggery or powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • How to Make Nutritious Toffee:

    1. Powder the dry fruits into a coarse mixture and keep in a microwave-friendly bowl.
    2. Add jaggery or powdered sugar, red sugar candy powder and ghee. Mix well.
    3. If the mixture is too dry, add a little warm milk.
    4. Microwave for 10 mins at moderate temperature.
    5. Stir in between.
    6. Transfer the mixture into a greased plate and cut into small pieces.
