  • 1 tin condensed Milk
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 25 g - china grass
  • 1 tbsp - vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp - Sugar
  • 4 tbsp - chopped nuts
  • How to Make Nutty Milk Pudding:

    1. Soak china grass in one cup of water for 10 minutes.
    2. Mix condensed milk and milk together and boil.
    3. Heat the soaked china grass on low flame till it melts completely.
    4. Add the milk mixture, sugar, 3 tbsp chopped nuts and vanilla essence and simmer on low heat till the mixture thickens, stirring all the time.
    5. Pour into a suitable mould or dish and sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
    6. Refrigerate till set.
