  • 1 tin condensed Milk
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 25 g - china grass
  • 1 tbsp - vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp - Sugar
  • 4 tbsp - chopped nuts

How to Make Nutty Milk Pudding

  • Soak china grass in one cup of water for 10 minutes.
  • Mix condensed milk and milk together and boil.
  • Heat the soaked china grass on low flame till it melts completely.
  • Add the milk mixture, sugar, 3 tbsp chopped nuts and vanilla essence and simmer on low heat till the mixture thickens, stirring all the time.
  • Pour into a suitable mould or dish and sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
  • Refrigerate till set.
