How to Make Nutty poha

  • Heat oil In a pan and add asafoetida and curry leaves.
  • Crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  • Add onion and green chilly and saute four 2 mins.
  • Add roasted peanut and all spices.
  • Mix well and add washed puffed rice.
  • Cook for two minutes and remove it from heat.
  • Squeeze juice of one lemon and garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve with sauce and tea.
