Ingredients

  • 1 - unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 1 cup - quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp - Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1 cup - Corn syrup
  • How to Make Oatmeal Pie:

    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    3. Add cinnamon, cloves and salt. Stir in corn syrup.
    4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    5. Stir in rolled oats and pour entire mixture into the pie shell.
    6. Bake for about 1 hour or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
