Ingredients

  • Oats - 240 gms
  • Riped Bananas - 2
  • Dry fruits(nuts) - 40 gms
  • Dates - 30 gms
  • Dried Figs - 20 gms
  • Salt - 1 small pinch
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp (optional)

How to Make Oats and Banana cookies

  • First preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mash the bananas.
  • Now add all the items in the bowl one by one along with the mashed bananas.
  • Now line the baking tray with the baking paper and pat the Oats and banana mix in the baking tray.
  • Sprinkle some extra cinnamon powder on the top and bake it for 30 to 35 mins in the preheated oven.
  • This cookies has a life of max 3 days.
