Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - Rolled oats (grind as fine powder)
  • 1/2 tsp - Ajwain seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Dry Mint leaves
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup - Silken tofu
  • Oil of cooking

How to Make Oats and Tofu Paratha

  • Blend the silken tofu with warm water as fine puree.
  • Make a soft dough with wheat flour, oats flour, ajwain seeds, dry mint leaves, salt and silken tofu puree and keep aside for half an hour.
  • Make 8-10 medium sized balls from the dough, dust the dough balls with flour and roll as flat round discs with a rolling pin.
  • Heat a few drops of oil and place the flattened paratha.
  • Cook on both sides until they turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot with any side dish.
