Ingredients

  • Oats - 1 cup
  • Buttermilk - 1 cup
  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Oats buttermilk dosa:

    1. Soak the oats in buttermilk for two hours.
    2. Soak the rice in water for two hours.
    3. Grind them separately and mix them together.
    4. Add salt to it. Make the dosa.
    5. Variation: Add chopped onions, green chillies and coriander to it.
