How to Make Oats Crusted Banana Blossom Cutlet

  • Take the mashed potatoes, cooked banana blossom chunks, fennel seed powder, garam masala powder and mix everything well with salt and keep aside.
  • Heat a few drops of oil and saute the chopped onions and chopped green chillies with curry leaves.
  • Once the onions turn translucent, put off the stove.
  • Add the cooked vegetables to the potato mixture, mix everything well until they turn into a dough.
  • Make a thick white sauce with corn flour and water.
  • Make medium-sized round shaped cutlets from the mixture.
  • Dip the cutlets in the corn flour paste and roll over the rolled oats.
  • Arrange these cutlets in fridge for an hour.
  • Shallow fry them until the crust turns brown.
