Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Oats
  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • oil
  • How to Make Oats Dosa:

    1. Soak Oats in curd for 3-4 hrs.
    2. Soak rice in water for about 3-4 hrs.
    3. Grind soaked oats finely for about 5-10 mins.
    4. Grind rice finely for about 10-20 mins.
    5. Add sufficient water so that the batter is not thick.
    6. Let the batter ferment for about 8-10 hrs.
    7. Mix oats and rice batter with salt to taste.
    8. Add enough water to form dosa batter.
    9. Heat pan. Pour 1 ladle full of batter, spread evenly and roundly to cover the entire pan.
    10. After about 1/2 min, turn the dosa on the other side, pour about 1tsp oil on the side and let it roast equally on the both the sides.
    11. Served hot with coconut chutney.
