Ingredients

  • 1 cup - green gram, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats soaked for 8 hrs
  • 1/4 cup - parboiled Rice soaked overnight
  • Salt to taste
  • 1inch piece - Ginger
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • Oil or Ghee
  • How to Make Oats green gram dosa:

    1. Grind green gram, parboiled rice and oats to a smooth batter.
    2. Add in all the other ingredients and mix well.
    3. Heat a pan till smoky hot, pour a ladle of batter and spread the batter to a thin layer, drizzle some oil around the edges, fry till slightly brown or crisp.
    4. Serve with chutney.
