How to Make Oats kesari

  • Fry sooji in half a tsp of ghee and keep aside.
  • Fry the oats in 1 tsp of ghee, remove and grind to a coarse powder. Keep aside.
  • Boil milk with 250 ml of water, add oats powder and sooji. Then add sugar and stir continuously.
  • Add ghee slowly while stirring to form a non-sticky mass.
  • Finally, add nuts and cardamom powder, mix well and remove.
  • Serve warm.
  • It is a fiber rich, yummy sweet.
