  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Oats
  • 1 - medium sized Onion
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Oats Roti:

    1. Grind oats to a fine powder.
    2. Then mix oats powder with wheat flour then add oil.
    3. Add red chilli powder, onions, coriander leaves, salt and mix well.
    4. Add water and start kneading.
    5. Knead it to a smooth pliable dough.
    6. Make equal lemon sized balls and set aside for 15-30mins.
    7. Using a chapatti roller roll out a slightly thin circle, dust flour while rolling.
    8. Do it gently as it tends to tear easily.
    9. Heat tawa and add the roti carefully, drizzle oil.
    10. Once bubbles starts appearing flip to the roti.
    11. Cook on both sides till brown spots starts appearing.
    12. Serve hot with dhal or any curry of your choice.
