  • 2 cups - Sprouted black Chickpeas
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 1 - Tomato, cut into wedges
  • 2 or 3 - Green chillies, chopped fine (can be replaced with Red Chilli powder)
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • A handful of Cilantro
  • A Clove of garlic, chopped
  • A small piece of ginger, chopped
  • 2 or 3 tsp Chickpea flour
  • Salt
  • How to Make Oil-free Black Chickpea Sprouts Korma:

    1. Add the sprouted black channa in a bowl or pan, pour some water, cover and let it cook for some time.
    2. When the channa looks soft and cooked, add all the remaining ingredients (except besan and salt) and mix well.
    3. Pour a little water and cook for some time until the onions become soft.
    4. Mix besan with a little water to make gravy and pour into channa mixture.
    5. This makes the curry into rich gravy.
    6. Add salt and turn off the flame.
    7. This korma goes well with chapattis.
