Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked and shredded Chicken
  • 2 large Tomatoes cut into rings
  • 1 onion, cut into rings
  • 2 green chillies, sliced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 tsp. Amchoor
  • Salt, chilli powder and pepper to taste
  • A few Lettuce leaves
  • 2 large boiled potatoes, peeled and cut into rings
  • A few red radishes, cut into fingers
  • 1 carrot, cut into fingers
  • 1 cucumber, cut into fingers
  • A few Coriander leaves

How to Make Oil Free Chatpata Murg

  • Decorate serving plate with lettuce.
  • Arrange potatoes then onion on top of potatoes followed by tomatoes, chicken and eggs.
  • Sprinkle with mixed spices, salt, lime juice and coriander leaves.
  • Fix with toothpicks.
  • Decorate the sides of the plate with cucumber, carrot and radishes.
