Ingredients

  • 1 Drumstick
  • 1 cup beaten Curd
  • 2 green chillies, minced
  • Handful of Coriander leaves
  • 1 tiny piece ginger, minced
  • ½ tsp. coarsely pounded groundnuts
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Oil Free Drumstick Raita

  • Boil drumsticks and remove the pith.
  • Mix all the above ingredients together and serve cold.
