How to Make Oil-free sweet sour vegetable gravy

  • Chop all the vegetables finely.
  • Dry fry in a non-stick pan for 4 mins.
  • Now cook in a cup of water for 15 mins on a medium flame.
  • Take care that vegetables are not overcooked.
  • Now, add soya sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper. Stir and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add cornflour, mix it and allow the gravy to thicken.
  • Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
