Ingredients

  • 50 g - Okra
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 - green chilly
  • 4 cups - Curd
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard
  • Salt

How to Make Okra Raita

  • Wash and dry okra. Cut into small pieces.
  • Take a pan, add oil, splutter mustard, put okra and chilles. Fry till the okra becomes crisp. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Add this to the curd and mix well.
