How to Make Old Roti Chura

  • Mash roti with two hands like poha (chivda).
  • Heat oil in kadai.
  • Put mustard seeds till they crack.
  • Add Green chilli, onion, curry leaves till brown.
  • Add turmeric.
  • Add roti chura.
  • Put salt, sugar and keep for 2 mins. Mix more
  • Serve in a plate.
  • Garnish with lemon juice and coriander.
