Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 4 tsp - butter (1 tsp for each omelette)
  • Mix together:
  • 1 - small onion, chopped finely
  • 1- tomato, chopped finely
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped

How to Make Omelette in a Jiffy

  • Remove the yolk and beat the white till frothy
  • Add mixture to the ingredients. Mix well
  • Heat a pan and add 1 tsp butter
  • Pour the egg mixture (required for 1 omelette)
  • Cook on low flame till golden brown
  • Turn the omelette and cook the other side
  • Remove from fire and serve hot
