Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 4 tsp - Butter (1 tsp for each omelette)
  • Mix together:
  • 1 - small onion, chopped finely
  • 1- tomato, chopped finely
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • How to Make Omelette in a Jiffy:

    1. Remove the yolk and beat the white till frothy
    2. Add mixture to the ingredients. Mix well
    3. Heat a pan and add 1 tsp butter
    4. Pour the egg mixture (required for 1 omelette)
    5. Cook on low flame till golden brown
    6. Turn the omelette and cook the other side
    7. Remove from fire and serve hot
