How to Make Omelette with cottage cheese

  • Heat oil in a pan and pour in the broken eggs.
  • Add the grated paneer on top of the eggs along with onion, tomato and peppers.
  • When one side turns golden, add the chillies and salt.
  • Turn over and cook for 2 mins.
  • Serve with chilli sauce.
