Ingredients

  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • 1 - small Onion
  • 1 - Cucumber
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Jeera (cumin seeds)
  • How to Make Onion - Tomato - Cucumber Raita:

    1. Beat the yogurt with 1 tbsp water and keep it aside.
    2. Cut the onion into small pieces, cut tomato into pieces.
    3. Peel and grate the cucumber and cut green chillies into pieces.
    4. Add onion, tomato, cucumber and green chillies into the yogurt. Mix in salt and chilli powder also.
    5. Roast jeera and then grind it. Use it for decorating the raitha.
