Ingredients

  • 2 - onions,
  • 8 - green chillies
  • Coconut - 1/2 cup
  • 3 tsp - coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Tamarind - 1 lemon size
  • Oil
  • For seasoning:
  • Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

How to Make Onion and gree chilli chutney

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions till they turn light brown.
  • To this, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, green chillies and fry for 3 mins.
  • Then add scraped coconut, tamarind and grind all the ingredients in a mixie.
  • Season it with urad dal, mustard and cumin seeds.
