Ingredients

  • 1 - Big Tomato
  • 1 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 3 flakes - Garlic, chopped
  • 3 - Medium size onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Sugar

How to Make Onion and Tomato Chutney Dip

  • Wash and chop the tomato.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions and chopped garlic for a few minutes.
  • Add the chopped tomato, chilli powder, salt, sugar, green chilli and fry for a few more minutes till the tomato gets pulpy.
  • Grind in a blender till smooth.
  • Serve with chips or any fried savoury items such as samosa, patties, etc.
