  • 3 medium-sized Onions
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 bunch green Coriander leaves
  • 1 stick Curry leaves
  • 2 bunches Mint leaves
  • 3 or 4 Green chillies
  • 1 stick Jeera (Cumin seeds)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 or 2 cups oil
  • How to Make Onion Bajji:

    1. Chop the onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and also the green chillies.
    2. Mix maida, jeera, salt and the chopped ingredients well.
    3. Add the curd and make it into a soft paste.
    4. Take oil in a kadai, heat it and drop in small quantities of the mixed dough. Fry it to a golden colour.
    5. Serve as is or with tomato sauce.
